A paper about my upcoming Nully plugin

I'm still working on getting a stable first release of Nully, the plugin
that inspired the new @Nullable craze :)

However in the mean time I thought some of you might be interested in a paper
about the plugin. It's a technical paper in ACM standard format, but I think
it's pretty easy to read. If you're interested in how such a plugin would
be developed, you might like the paper.

I developed Nully as part of an Undergraduate Research Project at my college,
and the paper was part of what I had to hand in. It's my first technical
paper, so any feedback would be welcome.
