[ANN] Resin Plugin for 3311

After fighting with covariant return types (clone() not returning
Object) I've managed to build the resin plugin for 3311. I don't know
if using generics has introduced a can of bugs, hopefully not.

I've also managed to add some better errorchecking for manipulating
resin.conf files.


Known issues:

Sometimes the plugin hangs during "Waiting for VM dettach" when trying
to stop the Resin server.
