IDEtalk not finding people

Hi.

What could be the reason for IDEtalk not finding anyone?

We installed it here on 4 machines and one of them can't see anyone.

We already tried to disable the XP sp2 firewall.

We are all running Windows XP service pack 2.

Any ideas?
