not able see the screen of idea

I am not able to see the idea screen , when I click on Idea.exe to start, It goes to sync the files of my project and after synchronizing the file, I idea edit is not coming up , its only showing on start up menu, like it is hanged. I have 512Mb RAM , Idea version 4.5

Please if some one can help me in this issue
