I have a project on java.net that I started for this purpose since there is no "central" place right now. The problem with this is everyone has to ask me to be added to the project but we would run into the same thing with Sourceforge. Ideally(no pun intended), IntelliJ would supply a repository. But, until then...
I want to make my plugin open source. Is there already some CVS server, where to put such plugins to? Maybe at Jetbrains, maybe at SourceForge?

I've got an approved SourceForge project, idea-plugins, that I set up for the couple of plugins I tinker with. I'd be more than willing to let others add their plugin code to it.

I've just cancelled my account at sf, after spending 3 weeks trying to
have such a simple and detailled project accepted.
They were a real pain.

Let me know, and I work to make it happen.
