CVS place to put plugin sources

have such a simple and detailled project accepted.

I have a project on java.net that I started for this purpose since there
is no "central" place right now. The problem with this is everyone has
to ask me to be added to the project but we would run into the same
thing with Sourceforge. Ideally(no pun intended), IntelliJ would supply
a repository. But, until then...

I've got an approved SourceForge project, idea-plugins, that I set up for the couple of plugins I tinker with. I'd be more than willing to let others add their plugin code to it.

Let me know, and I work to make it happen.
