[REQ] Properties Editor RFE : key without values shown as warning

Sometimes, (I don't know why), I forget the '=' between a key and a value.
While this is not technically a mistake (a key without a value is
allowed in a .properties files), I think in 99% of the time it will be a
typo, not intentional, and so the plugin should mark these lines as
warnings.
