Very dumb newbie question...

Hi gang,

I'm a java developer, and would like to write a simple plugin (for building ApplicationResources.properties file). I'd like to select the text in IJ, hit a key, enter a resource key, and have it append to my appresources.properties file and do the right thing in my JSP file (insert a <bean:message ).

I've been browsing the sources in plugins- seems like what I want to do should be pretty easy, but I can't find which .jar file to include to get com.intellij.openapi.components. I'm using a default install of 4.5. Is there another .jar file I need to download? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Yes, it was indeed a dumb question- openapi.jar file in the lib directory. Sorry for wasting everyone's time.

You might also want to d/l the developer's bundle that contains sources
and help files for openapi and plugins.

If/when you get this working, please publish your plugin. It would be a
great functionality to have. Thanks!
