JBoss Plugin 0.6 (beta) doesn't deploy

Hi,
I have problems using the JBoss plugin. Even when trying the example (doing everything like in the flash presentations) it doesn't deploy anything (deployment status ist set to unknown an the server log does not even mention the project). The only unusual log message is:

22:24:43,562 ERROR Error writing response
java.net.SocketException: Software caused connection abort: socket write error
at java.net.SocketOutputStream.socketWrite0(Native Method)
at java.net.SocketOutputStream.socketWrite(SocketOutputStream.java:92)
at java.net.SocketOutputStream.write(SocketOutputStream.java:136)
at java.io.ObjectOutputStream$BlockDataOutputStream.drain(ObjectOutputStream.java:1639)
at java.io.ObjectOutputStream$BlockDataOutputStream.setBlockDataMode(ObjectOutputStream.java:1548)
at java.io.ObjectOutputStream.writeNonProxyDesc(ObjectOutputStream.java:1146)
at java.io.ObjectOutputStream.writeClassDesc(ObjectOutputStream.java:1100)
at java.io.ObjectOutputStream.writeOrdinaryObject(ObjectOutputStream.java:1241)
at java.io.ObjectOutputStream.writeObject0(ObjectOutputStream.java:1052)
at java.io.ObjectOutputStream.writeFatalException(ObjectOutputStream.java:1355)
at java.io.ObjectOutputStream.writeObject(ObjectOutputStream.java:281)
at org.jnp.server.Main.run(Main.java:294)
at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:534)

I even tried with a newly downloaded, clean version of Jboss (2.3.5)

Can anybody tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Thanks Filip

Did you install IDEA using the default paths? If your IDEA config path
contains any spaces or other special characters (e.g. C:\Documents and
Settings\]]>\...), then you're currently out of luck. There's a class
loading issue preventing the plugin from communicating with JBoss if the
plugin location path contains any spaces.

A fixed version should be available end of the week.

If you don't want to wait for the next version you can move your IDEA
config directory to a path without spaces. You just have to copy the
whole config directory and then change the property -Didea.config.path
in the file $IDEA_INSTALL$/bin/idea.lax, parameter
lax.nl.java.option.additional, to point to the new path.
