I think it's :"http://plugins.intellij.net/" .

http://plugins.intellij.net/ contains the human readable html file. I would
like to access plugin information programatically. Instead of going to the
Settings Dialog->Plugins all the time, I would like to do that from outside.
The version that shows up in html page http://plugins.intellij.net/plugins
doesn't have many information that the plugin manager shows. So is there an
url which returns all the information ?

It depends which version of IDEA you're using.

See <pan.2004.07.09.17.13.44.908609@codebrewer.com> in this newsgroup and
Rick Maddy's follow-up summary post <24879054.1089401777303.JavaMail.itn@is.intellij.net>

These are posts at the end of the thread "Too all plugin writers" earlier
this month.
