JavaDoc plugin broken in 4.0.3 build 1181 ?

It's marked as working in 4.0, but I can't get it to work in my version of IDEA.

It installs, and shows up in the Settings (under IDE). Clicking its button though, does not change the propertysheet on the right (classic view). The settings window is now broken (no buttons work to change the 'current' sheet), and I have to restart IDEA.
