You can use toFront() and toBack() methods of JFrame. To obtain JFrame instance of IDEA window use WindowManager.getInstance().getFrame() method.
I've made a simple plugin for personal use, which will call hgtk using a ProcessBuilder.
hgtk is a GUI application, and the plugin successfully calls and runs it, but the window of hgtk appears behind IntelliJ instead of in front of it.
I'm using KDE 4.3 in Ubuntu.
Are there any ways, in an IntelliJ plugin or in the Java API, to either bring the window of the launched application (hgtk) to the front, or, bring the window of IntelliJ to the back?
