How to register a new JUnit run configuration producer?

From a small plugin I'm writing, I'd like to create a new JUnit run configuration based on XML data.

So is there any way to add a new JUnit configuration producer?

Current producers are for method, class, package.

And I'd like to have one new for 'xml' ;-)
