Worked fine here!

Fantastic! This is right when everyone in the office is about to switch to
IntelliJ 4...

Thanks for your persistent fixes!

Hi,

Thank you for valuable feedback, without it fix can be not possible so soon.

Any feature requests?

TIA,
Dmitry

Is this compatible with the Pallada EAP builds? If not, would it be possible to make it compatible?

Thanks

Hi Dimitry,

Thanks for the great plugin. It would be nice to have the possibility to search for usages of a part of a key name.
For example if I have the resources

label.text=...
label.mnemonic=...

it would be helpful if I could search for usage of 'label' because the suffixes '.text' and '.mnemonic' will be added dynamically.

Regards,
Stefan.

It would be great if it could "remember" the collapsed state of the tree
panel, if you close and reopen the file.

Only bug I still see is the fact that the "*" does not go away after saving. ;)

Sure, it's the least I can do.

As for features, Refactoring would be very nice.

Rename, like other people requested, would be fantastic (search for usages,
etc.)

I think that the main problem with resources in property files are that they
are so darn detached from the code. When using a final static String, if it
is not there, it doesn't compile. But that's not the plug-in problem, of
course. Having said that, if it were possible to smartly rename, safe delete
entries, check for usage of any of the entries for cleanup would just make
our lives so much easier...

Another feature that would become feasible if the engine to find usages is
created (I know, in some cases it would break the application) would be to
take a file such as ours, that several people wrote with different
conventions (some with dots, some with underscores, some with capital
letters, some with small letters) and clean it up, something like code style
for property files.

These are complex features, but they would make property file editing and
management a dream.

I am unsure, but if any one from JetBrains is listening, may be it would
make sense to add some property file related code awareness to the IntelliJ
engine as a more practical approach to building something like that in a
plug-in.
