[xplanner] Why not keep database in sync?

Web interface also not storing task staring time in the
database. If you close you Web browser when task is started
and then reopen task times page, you see that start time is
lost.

Also, when the task is stopped in the plugin, the 'reported date' is not
updated.

XPlanner 0.5.3 does not provide service for this feature.
But it available (and supported by XPlanner plugin) in
version 0.6.

I don't believe this is true. The web interface always update the
database for every action.
