[ANN] Rearranger plugin - new version 3.1

This plugin:
- rearranges (reorders) class and class member declarations according to a user-specified order and/or method call hierarchy;
- generates section-marking comments;
- provides several controls for spacing within and between methods and classes; and
- permits the user to manually rearrange items.

Version 3.1 adds the ability to sort fields alphabetically by type as well as by name. Type comparison may be case insensitive. So

can be rearranged as:

if the rule alphabetizes by type (case insensitive) and by field name.

NOTE - the version of the plugin available from the Plugin Manager only works with IDEA version 4.0 (Aurora). The plugin must be recompiled to work with builds 2002 and above of Pallada.

The Live Rearranger is getting nicer everyday :)

Couple things (Rearranger 3.1):
- Could "enter" execute the default action ("OK") even
if the focus is in the tree? That'd save the ]]> key

- When the cursor is on a method before live-rearranging,
could it stay on that method even when things move around?

- You still have the weird behavior if you just press "Ctrl-Up/Dn"
in the tree as opposed to Ctrl-Shift-Up/Dn (I know I shouldn't
press that but I always do for some reason).

Thanks!

Vince.
