Run configuration for scripts?

Hi,
I'd like to implement a "Run bash script" run configuration for my bash plugin. I'm a bit lost here now.

Where do I start to make it possible to run bash scripts as run configuration?

And if I want to add a interactive script console window later on where the user can type in commands - where should I start here?

I looked around in the Scala plugin source but couldn't locate the proper classes.
