open/make/debug project on startup

Hi,

is it possible to configure my IDEA, so that it opens a certain project, compiles it (make, or rebuild project) and start one certain configuration (the last is optional, because after a make, it does not cost much time) automatically at startup.

The easiest way I can Imagine is to give it some parameters at start up, or send some parameters to the running IDEA instance.

The more difficult way I could imagine, is to do it via a plugin (perhaps there is one existing, but I didn`t find it).

This can be done from a third-party plugin, but I don't think that one exists
already. There is no built-in functionality to do this.
