Can't get rid of camouflage plugin

I decided to try out the camouflage plugin to see what it was like and decided that it wasn't for me, so I decided to uninstall it. I am using version 4.01 build 1178 of Idea on Windows XP. The jar file is gone from the plugins directory and the setting dialog for the camouflage plugin is gone, but all of the code foldings that it introduces are still there and I can't get rid of it. I deleted my cache and reinstalled Idea, but it's still there, so I figure that it screwed up something with my settings which is in my user home directory. I looked through some of the files, but for the life of my I can't figure what it changed. I would like to get rid of this. Can anyone help?

The foldings regions are stored in your project file. The easiest way to
delete the non-IDEA and non-default folding regions is to empty the
editor and refill it with the class contents:

Press the sequence
Ctrl-A
Ctrl-X
Ctrl-V

You have to do that for each modified files.

Thank You! I've been messing around with my config settings with no result. I backed up my configuration and reinstalled Idea with new, default settings and the code foldings were still there, so I was left scratching my head... thanks for the answer.
