ClearCase Plugin check-in project ignoring web module

I found a similar problem buried in a thread somewhere else but I thought I'd start a new thread on this since it seems to stand on it's own.

Ever since IDEA changed to require a WebModule as a separate module, the Check In Project command has been ignoring all the JSPs and other web files in the Web Project.

Everything else works fine, I can check them out, check them in individually, etc. But they don't show up in the list of files to check in for the whole project.

I've tried adding a "source" folder to the web module at the top of it to no effect.

Is your web module root inside another module root? Something like:
Project
Project.ipr
Project.iml
src
webapp
WebModule.iml
src
war
Web-Inf

This is a bug in 1159 and now 4.0. If a module root is included in
another they cancel each other out and none of the changes inside the
contained module appears in the check in project dialog.
I already filed a bug for it.

Yes, I've found the same problem once but, unfortunately, couldn't investigate it further. Having the issue up again is great.

Yes, that's the problem. Do have the bug number handy so I can vote for it?

Evgeny,

Did you case match the case of the problem I discribed earlier in the
thread? Too bad I did not investigate earlier. I guess we will have to
wait for the next EAP/bug fix release to get a fix.

Yes, it is. My Web module Content Root (with all jsp's) is inside Content Root of the usual Java module on the disk.

I guess we will have to

wait for the next EAP/bug fix release to get a fix.

That's Ok for me, I'm using ClearCase Find Usa.. grr .. "Find Checkouts" meanwhile.
