IDEA2Ant anyone?

Looks like the IDEA2Ant plugin project is not active and the plugin doesn't seem to work anymore (I can't even see the export command on the file menu).

Does anyone happen to know any other ways to generate ant script for a project?

Thanks

I don't use it myself but I believe the plugin Aurora2Ant should do what
you want, provided that you use the EAP IDEA builds. I have been wanting
to try it out myself, but haven't gotten around to it yet. Please let me
know how you like it.

Me to, since I'm the author. I should say I wouldn't be at all surprised if there are problems with it, since it hasn't been tested in a month or so, and it uses some volatile API.

Hi Spencer,

The IDEA2Ant plugin project is indeed pretty dead now.
The plugin relies a lot on the obfuscated idea.jar.. wich is constantly changing.. so maintaining the code was/is realy hard.
If anyone is interested, i can publish the (old) source code for it.

sorry for the inconvienence,

Aiko

I, too, am interested, as all our projects must eventually have an ANT
build before being checked in to the company servers. This would be a
cool starting point.
