SimpleUML and read-only .suml files

simple uml is pretty broken in 977. I don't think the author has much time to work on it right now. Maybe once we get version 4.0 he'll fix it up.

This kind of brings up a good question. At what point will jetbrains take over a plugin and make it part of the application or at least support it as an addon?

A new version of simpleUML is available (build 0.17a).
I added "readonly" to the name of the diagram in the tabbed pane.

SimpleUML throws exceptions (in IDEA console) when loading read-only .suml files (as they would be when kept under some version control systems).

Would be good to have UI to indicate that.
