IntelliJ IDEA Plugin Manager over proxy

Please use an authentication while accessing the proxy, see stuff at maven project:
http://maven.apache.org/apidocs/org/apache/maven/util/HttpUtils.html

I think JetBrains have such solution, becouse their ER tool already work
over HTTP proxy.
Isn't it?
