What ever happened to the SaltAndPepper and LIneUpAndDownMover plug-ins
hi
Some very useful plug-ins have disapeared from the wiki and I was wondering why this happened?
These two plug-ins are really good and I a confused as to why they have disapeared.
Anyone out there know what has happened? Have they been integrated into some other plug-in?

At the end of the plugins home page there's a link to plugins archive:
http://www.intellij.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/IntelliJPluginArchive
Someone was over enthusiastic and moved some older (not recently changed)
plugins into this page.
Note: At least he did something, on the contrary, I only complain and do
nothing ;)

They were moved to the plugin archives, where ancient plug-ins live.
LIneUpAndDownMover works fine with Aurora.

The LineUp(CtrlShiftI) doesn't work for me. LineDown is ok. Did anyone else see this problem?

Nope, works fine.
You should check your keymaps : try and associate to
anything, and IDEA will show you the current association.

Weird enough. CtrlShiftI is not a valid hot key combination on my system. When I check the key bindings, I saw it's the one for LineUp. However, it doesn't work. And if I remove it, it can not be added. Usually, when I click "Add Keyboard Shortcut", a dialog pops up, then I hold down a combination of keys, like CtrlShift0, it'll be caught and filled in. However, CtrlShiftI doesn't work this way here. The same problem occurs on all IDEA version I have (including 3.0, 3.0.5, all EAP builds). I think this might be an OS problem. I just need to assign this shortcut in other applications and check if it works.
My OS: Windows XP Home Edition.
BTW: Those individual keys (Ctrl, Shift and "I") work perfectly.
BTW, Change the shortcut to "CtrlShiftO" and LineUp works.

You might be running some other program that eats this key combination.
For example, ICQ binds some ctrl-shift combinations unless you force
it not to.
