Struts Console 2.2.1 Not Displaying Under Build 665 Follow

After updating from 662 to 665, the Struts Console plug in 2.2.1 loads up
without any error messages, but its window is now completely blank. It
looks like the window actually has content, because when I double-clicked
on it, it pulled up a source file. Any ideas on why it no longer displays?

I'm running build IDEA build 671 and struts-console plugin 3.0 and I can see the console, but the context menu item "Struts Console" is no longer visible when I right-click a struts-config.xml file in the project view.

Any ideas on what happened to it.
