Ctrl-Q in the XML editor

Please advise how to enable help for XML attribute names, i.e. display some info if user presses Ctrl-Q in the XML editor when cursor is on attribute name. Does some help provider (that I should implement) exist?

One should accurately wrap existing DocumentationProvider because the
context doc provider is per file type so it is possible to override doc
generation for existing attributes/tags
