OneInstance plugin: Update description, info and other

Hello,
I'm sorry for non informatical post about this plugin release early, and as
result - nobody not have interes to this pluging. I try fix it and give more
descriptions and usability to plugin TWiki page. This plugin alocated in
IntelliJ TWiki site on
http://www.intellij.org/twiki/bin/view/Plugins/OneInstance
Description
Target of this plugin - is make available to use IntelliJ like a notepad
assotiated with txt files. For simplicity sake, just open files in IntelliJ
for editing from outside (from Windows Explorer or other file manager by
double clicking on file). Plugin starts with IntelliJ and listen incoming
events. If you try run one more instance plugin disable it. So you can use
IntelliJ as editor application for java files. Now you can open files not
from IntelliJ only. But you can use file manager to find file and then open
it in already runned IntelliJ by pressing Enter or double clicking on java
file.

I hope that this plugin be a helpfull for other guys as for me.

Thanks!
