XSLT Plugin layout.gant entry in CE ?

The layout.gant entry for the xslt plugin is not present in the CE Git Maia branch, and last I looked the origin/trunk also was missing that entry. Could someone from JetBrains share this entry ? Also see IDEA-54285

It appears that the cvs plugin layout entry is the closest plugin in structure, and  I have been trying to recreate what the UI build produces produces.
I can get close but every time I add the resources(["","",""]) list the build dies.

I have tried about 8 different variations however it takes my old dual core laptop 14 minutes for the build to fail so its hard to get in many iterations on the problem.
