How to make Idea-EAP15 keep my Libraries settings

I have a scala project with a build.sbt file for all my external libraries.
I also added my local libraries from a lib directory using Idea "libraries" in "Project structure".
All works well, but when I close then re-open Idea I always have to go to "Problems" and
"Fix" then "Add to dependencies" the local libraries, because Idea does not remember them.

Is there a way to make Idea keep the settings from one session to the next?
