Where is 139.222 Community edition zip version for windows

Why would you need a zip version anyways? Can't you download and zip it yourself if you so like it in a zip :p

Could you guys provide a zip version of it? So people behind corporate firewalls and with user restriction permissions on their machines can enjoy this marvelous IDE?
