GWT Plugin feature request

1. Option to disable all GWT module by default, when Adding/ReImporting the maven project. Basically want to have the GWT support but need to exclude GWT compilation when compiling the java code CTRL+SHIFT+9 on windows.
2. Option to specify the "Path to GWT installation directory:" for the maven artifact, currently it supported only for modules that have gwt-maven-plugin, maybe it should look for gwt-user artifact as well.
