IDEA 13 Cut/Copy Behavior Change?

I used to be able to move the cursor to a specific line and hit the keystroke for Copy or Cut and IntelliJ would copy or cut the entire line.  Since downloading 133.162, I have to select the line first.  I find this really annoying, as I really liked the old behavior when reorganizing lines of code.  Was this change intentional?  Did the functionality just move?  If so, where do I find it so I can remap my keys?
