Missing a "Summary" section in a "Commit changes" dialog

Hi. Recently a "Summary" section which "displays summary statistics on the currently selected change list, such as the number of modified, new, and deleted files" disappeared from a "Commit changes" dialog. I liked it - it was useful when it is needed to make some partial commit with many modified files on a change list. I tried to find a switch in options to show it again, but with no luck. How can I bring it back? Was it removed intentionally?
