How to stop editor (java) scrolling automatically to bottom?

I don't know what I'm doing but sometimes my java editor just stats scrolling down slowly... and nothing like ESC will stop it... until it gets to the bottom of the file

How do I:

  • disable this feature?
  • stop it when it is occuring?
