Blue Background in Project Tool Window?

Hi, I've just installed EAP version 130.1486 Community Edition. I'm using the Darcula theme. I've noticed that the Project tool window now has a blue background (please see attached screenshot). Is this intentional? None of the other tool windows have this. It's a little distracting. I tried switching back to the default Windows theme and the background color of the Project window was the same of the other tool windows.
