i18nization in xhtml files not working

Hi,

i select a string in xhtml file then refactor->internationalize...
and nothing happends.... :-(

how can i create a "i18nized xhtml expression"?
i found only i18nized jsp expression under settings -> file templates -> code -> "i18nized jsp expression". and its not editable..
