Where to post bugs/problems in IntelliJ12?
I was using IntelliJ12 public preview. I could not edit any code (no cursor) when installed JRebel Plugin from Plugins. Removing it solved problem.

JRebel Plugin is not developed by JetBrains, so please refer to plugin page to find feedback channel.
IntelliJ IDEA bugs are welcome in YouTrack.
I'm also using the JRebel plugin with IDEA 12 but haven't seen any problems so far. Their support is quite responsive (support@zeroturnaround.com). Maybe they'll be able to help you with the issues you're seeing.
