When can I buy IntelliJ with a "free upgrade to LEDA"

I was told earlier that Leda is expected to be released sometime near the end of this year.  I wanted to know when I can purchase IntelliJ 11 with a guaranteed "free upgrade to LEDA" offer... Being this close to the new release, I don't want to buy a license only to find out that LEDA is out and I'm on an old version.
