Why Does Download Does Not Complete
I didn't want to resurrect this old thread (http://devnet.jetbrains.net/message/5219459) but I am having the same issue.
i.e. The download of IDEA stops at 99.9%
I can resume with Opera and the download completes immediately.
Do you know why this happens?
I haven't noticed it with any other files.

Most probably it is caused by antivirus software that prevents from copying fully downloaded file from temporary folder to the folder where you have said to store downloaded file.
