Change inspection timeout/delay

Hello Charlie,

Settings | Editor | Autoreparse delay

Is there a way to change the inspections timeout/delay before the
inspections are performed?  I'd like to be able to adjust this setting
so the inspections only take place when I have stopped typing for a
while.  If I stop to think for a second while typing out a method and
filling in the correct parameters the inspections tell me the entire
file is broken before I have a change to finish my thoughts.
