What's up with the Scala plugin?
There hasn't been a build of any kind for almost 3 weeks, but there have
been more than a page worth of commits in that time.
Also, there hasn't been any official response to posts in the Scala
newsgroup/message board for more than three months.

We have plans to migrate nightly builds to new uploader script, as old is not working very well and we stopped it.
New way is working now, see builds here: https://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin/1347?pr=idea&showAllUpdates=true
You can setup nighlty update channel right from IntelliJ IDEA in Scala related settings UI page.
As for answers I missed posts in last few months, sorry. I'm back now, but I won't answer to all of them anyway, as it's time consuming and most of posts are outdated now.
