IDEA Freeze

I'm facing a similar issue on Windows. For me, it happens at various times. Not when launching tomcat. I've reported the issue in http://youtrack.jetbrains.net/issue/IDEA-60701

I have this problem on OS X during indexing when activating the frame: http://youtrack.jetbrains.net/issue/IDEA-60759
