Reformat Code Dialogue Window?

Idea14.1.2U on Windows 7 Pro, JDK7

I am just noticing this but has the behavior for the "Reformat Code" (CTRL + ALT + L) changed? I remember in prior versions, I get a pop up window asking me if I want to reformat all or just modified codes, in addition to optimizing imports.

Yes, it has been changed. If you want to get Reformat File window, use Ctrl + Alt + Shift + L (see Settings > Keymap > Other > "Show Refomat File Dialog").
