UI Improvements in Rubymine also in Idea ?

I just saw the latest UI improvements in the EAP of Rubymine (improved status bar on OSX and lightweight scrollbar).
Do these improvements will make its way to Idea as well or are these things specific to Rubymine ?

I'd love to see these things in Idea as well but I'm not sure if these things are part of the generic/platform part of the various IDEs.
