SBT console and version info

Hi

I'm using the built in SBT support in Idea 14.0.3 ultimate with the bundled SBT. Couple of quick questions

i) how can i find out which version of sbt is currently being used?

ii) is there any way of accessing the sbt console via IDEA? (would obviously be able to get the version here)
