Messages window is grayed out while building the indexes

Hello Rambabu,

I have ant build done with some errors/msgs, Indexes are started
building on the background but I can't view the Messages window
(grayed out) to see the errors, Looks like I need to wait until
Indexes are built. don't think it is little annoying.

This will be fixed in the next EAP. Thanks for reporting!

It is also disables my plugin "NativeNeighbourhood", I can't click the fileManager of "NativeNeighbourhood" plugin.

I don't think NativeNeighbourhood is compatible with v9.
I have noticed it causing indexing issues.

However, if you hold down Ctrl and left click on an open file IDEA will present you with a tree of folders that you can click on and be opened in your filemanager
