Search Everywhere in IntelliJ 14 on Ubuntu

Hi,

Does anybody have problems with Search Everywhere (Double shift) on Ubuntu? Worked in 13, in 14 dialog appears but input field ins't focused. When I try with mouse to put caret there it disappears. Bug ?

Best regards, Eugene

Hi Eugene,

I am on xubuntu and don't have such problem. My IDEA is 14 EAP, build 139.222, on java 1.7

Hi Eugene, i also have this Problem in Ubuntu. After double shift, the focus is lost. Klicking on the magnifier button works for me, but also slows me down as I have to use the mouse.

14.0.1 didn't change anything for me. Also, there's no word about this issue in the release notes: http://confluence.jetbrains.com/display/IDEADEV/IntelliJ+IDEA+14+139.225.3+Release+Notes

Hi David,
Could you please share name and version of your Window Manager? Last release contains a fix for gnome 3.14. Also, do you have option "mouse follows mouse" enabled?
