"generate ant build..." feature gone in v9 ?

I'm evalutating the new beta of v9 "ultimate edition" and have noticed that the Build->Generate Ant Build menu item is gone.  Is this functionality still present someplace else?  Has it been moved to a plugin?

The action will be restored in next EAP build. To workaround the problem you can enable "Plugin DevKit" plugin.
