Problem with scopes in Diana 9939

Hi all,

I posted this as a follow up to another thread, but it's really a separate question. I've found that my scopes now don't work under IDEA 8 - I'm using Diana 9939. Here's a screenshot of the scopes view:

You can see in the scope pattern that all production code from model.common.* should be included in this scope. But the tree generates a corrupted display when I try to open it, and when I'm editing these files it uses the project default configuration. Any idea why this might be? This is really a problem because it means we're basically not using the inspections currently.

Thanks,
Colin

Hello Colin,

Unfortunately corrupted tree is a known problem.

Thought it doesn't mean that scope is not applied to your project. Could
you please switch from "Project" to "Package" mode in order to work with
package patterns

Thank you

Hi Anna,

Ok, thanks. The problem with the scope mapping was actually that the mapping had been lost migrating from IDEA 7 to 8, I'm not sure how. I assumed it was related to the tree problem. It's working now.

Thanks,
Colin
