Productivity Guide dialog box must be manually close - OsX10.6.1

Productivity Guide dialog box still has to be closed manually with 9
Beta on OsX 10.6.1.
And it blocks every other tasks.

Working with multiple desktops, it can become quite a challenge to
figure out where the little dialog blocking everything  has gone!
