I'm wondering how to develop 'Tasks' generic server's API set.

My company is running an inhouse Issue tracker.
I want to integrate that with IntelliJ.
I was trying to find the documentation on "Generic server" type's API set. but I didn't make it.

Please, guide me the api location.
